Inner Calm Session


Treat yourself or someone you love to some seriously peaceful Inner Calm. To start, you’ll be lovingly guided into deep relaxation and taken through a process designed to support you in feeling more clarity, peace and ease. We’ll then create an Inner Calm plan together to support you in continuing to cultivate more space in your life, long after our session.

– determine priorities from a space of love
– manage these with ease and grace

To enable you to continue to cultivate more peace in your life long after our session, we’ll tailor an Inner Calm Plan that feels light and lovely, especially to suit your life.

These relaxations sessions are designed to help you relax and feel clear and calm and are not a substitute for professional therapy.

If you’re experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD or panic attacks, please seek the assistance of a therapist who specialises in your area. Your GP should be able to help with a referral.
